*Please note this only affect candidates attempt their SwimSafer assessment from 13 Jul 2024 onwards.
Here are the steps to complete the SwimSafer Online Theory Quiz:
Visit the SwimSafer Theory Quiz Page:
Once you have completed the practical assessment, go to SwimSafer Online Theory Quiz.

Enter Your Details:
You will need to provide the following information:
NRIC: Your Singapore-issued identification number.
Name: Your full name as registered.
Email: A valid email address for receiving notifications.
Stage: Select the correct stage of your SwimSafer assessment.
Mobile Number: Your contact number.
Ensure you select the correct stage to ensure your results are captured accurately.

Complete the Quiz:
The quiz consists of multiple-choice questions based on the SwimSafer syllabus.
Stages 1-3: 15 questions, with a requirement to answer at least 14 correctly to pass.
Stages 4-6: 20 questions, with a requirement to answer at least 18 correctly to pass.
You can attempt the quiz multiple times until you pass.
Submit and Wait for Practical Results:
Once you have passed the online quiz and assessor has submitted the practical results, y
ou will receive an email from Sport Singapore ([email protected]) with your e-certificate details.
Retrieving Your E-Certificate
Receive the Email:
Look out for an email from Sport Singapore with the subject line containing your e-certificate details.
This email will include a Transaction ID necessary for retrieval.

Retrieve the E-Certificate:
Go to the E-Certificate Retrieval Page.
Enter your Transaction ID.
Log in using your Singpass or verify your identity using OTP.
Download your e-certificate.
